Company Introduction
经历五年（2019—2023）的探索与酝酿，由西安平行进口汽车贸易集团有限公司（简称平行进口集团）创始人王绪明作为主发起人，从全国甄选“49人”（即49家汽车出口企业），共同出资成立西安平行出口汽车贸易有限公司（简称平行出口集团），为中国汽车出口提供出口全球生态链服务。

根据2024年商务部等五部门联合发布的《关于二手车出口有关事项的公告》内容和《关于进一步做好二手车出口工作的通知》要求：3月1日起，全国统一开放“二手车出口备案”，平行出口集团于当日向“商务部业务系统统一平台”完成了备案申请工作。

关于新车暨二手车出口，平行出口集团提供下列服务：
1.有偿寻车报价（官网：二手车出口.公司/网站/企业，支付1元即可获精准报价）；
2. 有偿提供出口培训及业务指导，订单出口具体执行方案；
3. 开展二手车出口企业备案辅导，包括材料的准备及预审（二手车鉴定评估师的报名考证及审计报告、业务开展方案等）；
4. 汽车出口业务上牌、转移待出口登记、垫税、出证、退税、注销、报关、仓储、物流等一体化服务；
5. 提供海外用户背景及履约能力和风险评估，以及涉外法律咨询服务；
6. 提供海外汽车参展或自驾出境旅游等相关服务。
7. 新车授权出口或新车改装授权出口；摩托车和电动三轮车（含两轮）授权出口；商用二手车再制造出口；出口汽车三包服务。

我们的“团队”：Our "Team"
1、“49人”股东：截止2024年10月15日，“49人”股东已经加入的有33位（附后），还有“16人”正在审核中。经2024年12月27日召开第二届股东大会决定，完成“49人”股东后将实名注册登记。

1、签约二手车鉴定评估师：2024年10月以来，我们组建了全国二手车鉴定评估师（签约合作）团队，为客户及出口企业有偿（100美金）找车、验车、估价等服务。

2、在校留学生：2024年10月13日（全天），在西安港举办了《全国（首期）在校留学生出口汽车技能培训班》，以西北大学国际教育学院国贸专业学生为主的多所高校留学生60人参加了培训，成为我们海外“拓客”与适用“本土化”出海的重要渠道。我们将用1年的时间至少完成4000名留学生的培训任务，并持续把该项目循环推进下去，将分配给我们签约出口汽车经理人来沟通对接，一起开拓国际市场。

3、签约出口汽车经理人：这是我们专门为在校留学生出口汽车“培养”的业务过硬的专业团队，也是“49人”股东“出口汽车”的“候补委员”。未来要在全国签约200名以上，来配合留学生开拓国际市场。

4、学员：针对出口汽车我们除组织《全国新车暨二手车出口培训班》（自2023年9月至今，已经组织了12期）以外，还组织高校商学院国贸专业学生“实习与专业认知”课程。未来，将与多所高校开展出口汽车人才学历班（招硕士、博士），来弥补出口汽车人才短缺。
